Barbecued pork cutlets marinated in honey, mustard and apple cider vinegar

  • 50g honey
  • 75ml apple juice
  • 20ml apple cider vinegar
  • 25g seeded mustard
  • 4 pork cutlets
  • Olive oil for cooking


  1. Mix together the honey, juice, vinegar and mustard until smooth
  2. Marinate the pork cutlets for 2-3 hours
  3. Remove the pork from the marinade
  4. Heat a little oil in a hot pan then seal the cutlets until golden on both sides
  5. Be careful as the marinade may spit
  6. Roast in a moderate oven until cooked, occasionally basting with the marinade
  7. Delicious served with an apple, celery and walnut salad


Hint Cutlets can also be cooked on the barbeque.
